Tyler, Anthony stopped by just now and fixed the issue. It was a wiring problem that was incorrectly aligned. It now works and we cycled through everything to make sure. BTW, Anthony is such a great guy.

I was telling my husband I hoped they would send the same guy who completed the first coup.

David and Dale were great. They arrived earlier than expected, were courteous, and explained how to operate the treadmill. Enjoyable experience.
